Casa Del Sol- House of Sun! - Just Renovated!

Come and experience a splash of paradise. Walk on the white sands of Crescent Beach, go shelling, find sand dollars, watch the dolphins or just lounge by the pool. It's all possible when you book your stay at this 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo located on sunny Marco Island.

Our home has just been renovated and features newer furnishings, all new tile through out the unit. Fully renovated kitchen, new appliances, new cabinets and Quartz countertops. 3 flat screen smart HD TV's, free wi-fi in the unit and more! Relax on the beach or snooze on the 32 foot lanai on a sunny afternoon. Our unit is complete with full kitchen and snack bar, all appliances, dishes, and utensils. We supply plenty of towels, beach chairs, and a beach cart.
There is a spacious master suite with a king sized bed over looking the Gulf of Mexico.
The 2nd bedroom includes 2 FULL SIZE beds, HD flat screen TV. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The living room overlooks the beach and can comfortably seat everyone. This condo has been tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home. Washer and dryer are accessible on the same floor.

*Please note that there is an additional $100.00 Parking/registration fee that is due upon arrival, payable to the condo office.
You must register with the condo association when you arrive and obtain a parking pass.

Great condo!

Condo was just as described. Well stocked and very clean. Beach cart and chairs were nice because it is a long walk to the water. Property grounds were well maintained. Owner was easy to communicate with and promptly responded to questions. Marco Island is beautiful! Highly recommend!

Amazing month in Marco!

We stayed for the month of February and had a great stay. Craig was a wonderful host - very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The condo is very updated, clean, in a great location with an amazing view of the beach. We would definitely rent this condo again!!

Wonderful condo with a great view

This condo had all I needed for my stay . It had a nice kitchen and a big porch with great places to sit and watch the sunset. Owner was very fast with communication. Location is right on Tiger tail , and it is the easiest of the four buildings to get out to the good part of the beach from.

Tigertail and Marco in December

We have stayed many times in apartments in the South Seas complex. Some have been updated, some have not. Some have good views and some have great views. Craig’s apartment is both nicely updated and has a great view. The updates include a spacious refrigerator a very effective sink and an efficient and quiet dishwasher. The apartment is on the 4th floor with balcony views to the WSW which means sunsets and beach vistas. Very nice. Kitchen has lots of all the right tools and the main room has a mirrored wall and a 4 person (could fit 6 if needed) glass eating table. As always with Tigertail Beach area, it is a long walk from the back gate to the beach because the beach is pretty wide here. However you also get the lovely mangroves that are the inlet’s setting. Really enjoyed this one!

Marco Getaway

Great location in Marco. Condo was clean & tidy. Bit of a walk to the beach, but view was wonderful. Missed the part about the laundry not being included. We had a card to load money on for laundry use. Plenty of space, beds were comfortable. Pool was very nice even though it was closed half our stay because of maintenance issues. Lots of families. Had a small issue with the air when we first arrived but the owner was easy to contact & had it resolved right away. Only point of frustration was getting in the gate after check-in because we did not purchase the barcode. Probably worth the 10 extra dollars. Definitely will make our list for future stays.

Relaxing Location

Great location .Well kept property clean and neat .Craig responded immediately to our need of a new coffee maker. Well stocked with all your needs for the beach. the beach wagon is a savior. Huge beach but it is a hike to the water .nice location to explore Tiger Tail beach.

Great place for our family to relax

Owners are very helpful and have a wonderful place they are sharing. We were looking for a relaxing city anywhere in Florida that wasn't overly commercialized. Marco Island was definitely what we needed and this place is right on the beach with great amenities. The beach is expansive and so helpful to have the cart and beach chairs and other things available for our use! We searched for a site with tennis courts and they were very well maintained and the gentlemen caring for it were very nice (clay courts). When we find ourselves back in Marco Island we hope this property is available to us.

Awesome condo

We love how the condo is right next to the beach, and we could access the beach via a short boardwalk. The condo also has everything we need for a really fabulous stay (utensils, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagon,) The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the condo apartment, but more with the burgermeister pool attendant - she wants all the kids to be sitting in the pool, quietly.

Great experience

We had a great time staying in our apartment. It obviously needs a lot of updating but nevertheless it is a very nice place. It has everything you need, from pots and pans to beach chairs and umbrellas. You name it it's there. Sewing kit, light bulbs, cooking spices, puzzels, etc. Renting from Craig was very easy and I definitely recommend it! Thank you for a great experience!

Great Vacation

We recently traveled, with our six and nine year old children, about a 30 minute drive from downtown Naples, five minute drive to South Beach which has easier access eight dollar parking lots of dolphins and wildlife ! convenient laundry card located on floor… spacious… and most of all you cannot beat the view!! Million dollar view!! We enjoyed ourselves and we hope you do too

Nurses Getaway

The condo was beautiful. Stocked with everything. The view is beautiful. The pool is amazing.. Everything you need is there for you. Everyone is very helpful. There are a lot of great restaurants on Marco Island, along with some great shops.

Amazing time, beautiful unit!

Everything we expected and more!

Owner was awesome. This unit has everything you could ask for. Beach chairs, coolers, beach cart, and more. The unit itself is very comfortable and clean. Three TVs and well stocked kitchen. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Truly relaxing week

Marco island is a very nice island, beautiful landscaping everywhere. beach was great!! The condo was perfect, loved the reclining chairs on balcony, the layout was perfect and so clean. Definitely got some R&R not that much to do on island, but exactly what we needed!!!!

A great spot!

We had a great time on our first trip to Marco Island! The condo was perfect and we loved having beach chairs and coolers for our use. It’s a walk to get to the water, but well worth it once you’re there. Make sure to talk a walk to the lagoon to the right of the property...you can rent paddle boards and kayaks...it was so fun! We will definitely be back.

Spectacular Views

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The views were spectacular. We had an issue with the air conditioner which Craig took care of very promptly Sunday morning. I would highly recommend renting from Craig. Thank you we had an awesome week relaxing and eating at some very good restaurants: Snooks Inn, The Little Bar at Goodland, Doreen’s and Sammie’s to name a few.
