The kitchen features a two-level granite countertop lined with barstools, which is convenient for a quick bite. When it comes to more intricate meals, you have all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a sit-down dinner to tropical blended drinks to sip on the balcony as you enjoy ever-changing brilliant orange sky from the incomparable Marco Island sunset.

The balcony is also the ideal place to start your day and enjoy your favorite coffee or tea. With tables and chairs overlooking thick clusters of palm trees and lush tropical mangroves bordered by the turquoise ocean, you never know what you’ll be treated to.

The brightly colored bedrooms feature ample closet and drawer space and both come with their own television. The master suite also gives you sliding door access to the balcony, so you can fall asleep to fragrant ocean breezes and the sound of waves breaking on the shore.
