Beautifully Renovated One Bedroom/one Bathroom Beachfront Property

Beautifully renovated one bedroom one bathroom condo located on Hollywood Beach. Family oriented environment.Unit boasts intercoastal view.
Has parking, beautiful lobby, theater room, yoga room and gym.
Unit has two queen beds, pullout sofa, TV, internet, cable and TV also in bedroom. Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. Pots, pans and cutlery also supplied. Dining table seats six, perfect for a family night in.
Beach chairs and umbrella located in the unit, are available for guests to use.
Non smoking
180$ one time cleaning fee.
100$ Per week, 125$ for 2 weeks, 150$ for three weeks, 175$ a month for parking if required, along with a 20$ refundable deposit for use of magnetic parking pass
Fob Key 30$ non refundable
*** cleaning fee, parking and fob key are paid upon arrival.

Beautiful condo. The pictures were very accurate and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was responsive to our questions also. We would love to stay in this condo in the future.

Good option for conferences

The suite was largely as described. Good option for attending conferences at the Diplomat, but security seemed a little lax on the property and in the suite. Could use some updating and deep cleaning, but largely what we expected. Be aware the roadway is quite noisy and the bed and pillows are firmer, so not ideal for everyone. Note the additional costs not included in the booking. The owner was quick with communication and very helpful, but it was harder to deal with the onsite managers.

Excellent apartment with amazing town view

Check-in process was quick and simple - the property manager met us in the lobby and walked to the unit. The unit has all necessary furniture. The kitchen's appliances are in good shape. Kitchen has all necessary for cooking and serving meals. There is a great town view from the balcony.

Excellent attention from both the owner and the administrator of the apartment. Everything you need to enjoy a family vacation... Everything was perfect and the location is very good too... the only thing I can criticize is that the beach was dirty but it's nothing to do with the apartment itself or the owner of it ... it is something the complex or the city has to check or fix ...

Hollywood, Florida Vacation Rental

Overall, the experience was good. The unit had a few issues but they repaired some the next day. Everyone was fairly friendly and the unit came with everything we needed like dishes, lawn chairs, towels. Two things though... the pullout was extremely uncomfortable but the beds were fine and you have to take an uber or lyft to most sightseeing and any touristy things like the boardwalk, dania beach pier or farmers market. Vanessa was friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Condo & Perfect Location

The condo was very cleanly and spacious. Registration was easy and everyone working in the building was super nice and helpful. The price for the location was worth it!

Great beachfront location

Vanessa the property manager was great at showing us the property and around the apartment- she even let us check in a couple of hours early! This apartment is perfect for a beach trip it takes just minutes to go down the elevator to the beach. Not too many restaurants or shops to walk to but you cannot beat this beach access. Apartment has all you would need including chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.

Beautiful place to stay

Everything was there that we needed! We all was so grateful that we got to stay here. We hope to be able to stay here again. It’s close to everything.... the pool is absolutely wonderful and we could walk right out to beach!!
