Bedroom 1: one full-size bed (2pp), closet, ceiling fan, nightstand, and lamp
Bathroom 1 in front of bedroom: with shower, fully stocked.
Game/party room: pool table, TV, Karaoke, Washer and Dryer, treadmill.
TV Living Area: Big TV with Sofa, Bar area, and exit to pool.
Dining Table for 8 People
Kitchen Fully Stocked
Living Room is spacious and has an entrance to the pool.

Top Floor:
Bedroom 2: two bunkbeds (full lower 2pp - twin upper 1pp), ceiling fan, closet
Bedroom 3: two twin beds (2pp), closet, ceiling fan, nightstand and lamp, TV
Bedroom 4 Master: one king bed (2pp), walking closet, TV, Crib, balcony, full body mirror.
Bathroom 2: with shower, fully stocked.
Master Bathroom: tub, shower, toilet & bidet, and two sinks.

Exterior:
Pool with night color lights. (note: it is NOT a hot jacuzzi)
Grill and Dining Area fully stocked with sink.
TV Area.

House has parking for up to 4 cars, climbing stairs required for some rooms, and security cameras outside for safety reasons.

NOISE-SENSITIVE PROPERTY (PARTIES NOT ALLOWED AND ANY NOISE COMPLAINT WILL RESULT IN EVICTION WITH NO REFUND) Please keep the music inside the house, after 9:00PM.

Pets are welcome!
We charge a pet fee of $145 per pet/stay/cleaning. Any damage or complaint in the property due to bringing your pet(s) can be reflected in extra charges or cancellation. Please let us know when you're bringing them, if you bring more than one pet, the platform automatically collect's the first pet's fee, so we'll collect the additional pet fees separately.

Do not paste tape on the walls, as any damage will incur in a penalty.

Check-out is at 11:00AM (strictly enforced), if you need more time please inquiry in advance, fees apply.

*RAINSTORM or HURRICANE POLICY:
No refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane
Warning area" and/or
A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

Note: This house is currently listed for sale and has weekly showings, we accommodate these to not disturb your stay, but sometimes we will need your collaboration if a showing is needed.
