Please note the apartment is located in a multi-unit complex. We ask you respect those living on either side of the apartment.
1. No Smoking Inside the Property
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoke detection sensors are in use. A $1,000 fee will be charged for smoke removal if violated.
2. No Parties or Events
This is a quiet residential space — no parties or events allowed. A party monitoring sensor ensures compliance with the no-parties policy to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise complaints may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. A $750 fee will be charged for evidence found of a party or event at our property.
3. Only Registered Guests Allowed
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors without prior approval.
4. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.
5. Pets Must Be Approved
Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring no damage occurs. A $500 fee will be charged for evidence of an unauthorized pet at our property.
6. Report Any Damages Immediately
We understand accidents happen! Please let us know right away so we can address it quickly and fairly.
7. Trash & Recycling
The trash dumpster is located in the back of the property. To find the trash dumpster, walk towards the back of the property until you get to the blue gate, open it, and follow the path out to the dumpster. Please dispose of trash in the bins provided and follow local guidelines. Take out trash before checkout please.
8. Check-Out on Time
Check-out is at 11:00am. Late check-outs without approval will result in a $250 fee for each hour stayed after check-out due to cleaning schedules.
9. Used Dishes Policy: Please hand clean all kitchenware and return to cabinets after drying. Kitchenware left uncleaned or dirty may result in a fine due to extra cleaning performed by our cleaning team.
10. Lock All Doors and Windows When Leaving to ensure safety of yourself, your belongings, and our property thank you!
11. POOL RULES:

- POOL PASSES MUST BE WITH RESIDENTS WHEN
