"I spent the night at the Travelodge High Wycombe Central while attending a workshop at the nearby Bucks New University. The facilities while not first rate offered value for the money spent, the bed was OK, the room was clean, and I felt secure. The location though in the center of town were pretty quiet and allowed for good sleep. The view from my room wasn't anything to write home about, but this was understandable. "Arrived at the hotel 10 mins before check in time and was told we had to pay £10 or wait.The girl on the reception then explained we had not been allocated a room as the people on night shift hadn't done it. No clue why she needed to tell us this... We waited 10 mins and when we checked in the receptionist then advised us to let her know if she had left anything out when getting our room ready...
