Great Hotel Choice!

Great hotel not to far from Shin-Osaka station. Very helpful staff, and we loved the two joined rooms. Would definitely stay again!

The distance to the station can be tricky as got North and South exit. With luggages may have to walk some distance. I supposed no luck and took more time to reach hotel. Breakfast was wonderful with local food as I noticed mostly locals business trip stay in this hotel.

Hotel is decent, not as roomy for two people and 4 luggages. Not sure why we weren’t getting our daily bottled water but wish we did. Location is good, close to pretty much everything.

AC is un ajustable, horrible. I stayed around November and they have the entire hotel room control by a master switch set to 85 degrees. Very, very warm in the rooms and seats at night. Their recommendation was to open the window which does not open all the way and in our case it was raining most of the days so we were hot and sweaty inside. It was a really bad experience no matter what they say you cannot adjust the AC only Heater is on in the winter and it is set to very uncomfortable sweaty warm sauna.

急に１拍増えたため当日予約しましたが、現地で現金払いの対応を頂けたのでとても助かりました。 ちなみに現地払いよりカードによる先払いの方が少し料金を安く抑えられます。 立地としては新大阪駅から約徒歩10～15分くらいでしたが、歩けない距離ではないです。 また、ホテルの近くにはコンビニやチェーン店がそこそこあるのでご飯には困りません。 朝食に関しては朝食付きプランとなしのプランで選べます。 設備としては部屋は水回りもベッド周りもキレイで快適でした。 また、１階に洗濯機と乾燥機が１台ずつあるので他の利用者とタイミングが被らなければ使用できます。確か洗濯機が500円、乾燥機30分100円でした(どちらも100円玉のみ使用可能)。また、電子レンジや製氷機などもありました。 料金は当日予約だったこともあり、カプセルホテルなんかと比べるとやはり素泊まりにしては少し痛い出費でしたが、設備がしっかりしている分しっかりくつろげました。
