I lived in Osnabruck for 6 years then moved back to the UK. It was my 60th birthday and my wife and i booked a reminiscing break to Osnabruck. We choose this hotel due to the feedback, we weren't disappointed. From the moment we arrived to the day we check out, our stay was amazing. The bar sraff were so attentive and professional. Ivanka and Alpha were amazing. They brought me a special dessert for my birthday totally out of tbe blue. I cannot praise the hotel enough.

Mixed feelings.

Clean, well-appointed hotel. close to the train station. Front desk staff were lovely and helpful. The sauna area is great, although it would be nice if it was open for longer; only open from 4:30 - 10:00 p.m. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the staff was hit or miss. The evening meal I had was great and the service was fantastic. The woman who was working at breakfast was rude and when I came back to try and get some milk for a tea I made because the machine in the lobby was out of order, I was told breakfast was closed and that "people attending a conference were paying to use the coffee/tea machine in the lobby" I had no problem paying for some milk for my tea but she sent me away without helping me and was very rude. They would benefit from some training in customer service.

Great hotel for stopover, clean and great staff!

Great place to stay overnight for a our trip to Scandinavia from The Netherlands. Quiet area, enough parking around. Great staff, always willing to help and sort things out while also being efficient. Rooms are modern and clean.

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Meiner Bitte nach einem ruhigen Zimmer kam man nach. Wir hatten Blick auf den Innenhof des Hotels. Da wir im Winter in Osnabrück waren, wurde dieser Abends nicht genutzt, zur wärmeren Zeiten könnte es allerdings weniger ruhig sein. Wochenends hört man auch die benachbarte Gastronomie, da hilft nur Fenster zu. Die Klima/Heizung im Zimmer lief nicht, vielleicht lag es auch am Bediener. Störte uns jetzt nicht groß. Sauberkeit im Bad ist ok. Das Personal an Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gab uns so manchen guten Tipp. Positiv war für uns, dass die Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt und wir würden wieder das Holiday Inn in Osnabrück buchen.

Das parken kostet 19 Euro pro Tag. Auch wenn man nach 2 Stunden wieder aus dem Parkhaus fährt. Es kann angeblich nicht nachverfolgen werden wie lange das Parkhaus benutzt wurde. Auf der Couch im Zimmer war ein großer Fleck, hier lief wohl „Flüssigkeit“ aus. Wenigstens wurde ein Ersatzzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war äußerst unfreundlich und herablassend. Dies war allerdings auch die Ausnahme. Der Rest des Personals war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
