Oceanfront condo enjoys a first floor, north-easterly ocean view boasting beautiful sunrises over low sand dunes. Beach access is quick and easy.

Condo features include furnished covered balcony, wet bar with wine chiller, 4-top billiards game table, fully equipped kitchen and great resort location. The single-level floor plan, public elevator, and an on-site ramped beach boardwalk nearby makes this getaway perfect for all ages and levels of agility.

Shipyard Village guests love the tropical oasis-like pool surrounded by palm trees, water fountains and beach dunes. The pool is amply furnished with chaise lounge chairs and provides a shade cabana and restrooms.

AMENITIES: Flat screen TVs-4 (basic cable w/streaming hookup in living room/primary bedroom, Roku only in 2 other bedrooms), DVD/Bluray-2, wireless internet, Bluetooth audio system, microwave, dishwasher, wet bar w/wine chiller, 4-top billiards game table, pack-n-play, high chair, booster seat, child's bathroom step, hairdryers, washer/dryer, covered balcony, access to owner locker with assorted beach gear, shared elevator, assigned parking lot space plus overflow, outdoor on-site grills, private community pool w/kiddie pool, whirlpool spa, shade cabana and restrooms.

ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES: Boardwalk access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, lighted outdoor tennis & pickleball courts, scenic paths to walk, run and cycle, freshwater fishing lake and a tidal saltmarsh overlook. Gated resort is convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings (4-night min.). Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

No Smoking. No Pets (resort rules prohibit guest pets).

I had owned a time share in Bldg. B, so I was familiar with tthe complex and knew that it was going to be a good spot for a spring break at the beach.

Good bedrooms, not so great kitchen.

The property was clean and furnished reasonably well, with 2 king beds being a major draw. Rather dated furnishings, and a few things were subpar and could easily be fixed - pots and pans with scratches in the nonstick surface, unlined shelves in the kitchen cabinets, rickety stools at the counter (seemingly unsafe to use). Good access to the pool and beach, although far from the access that has a ramp for beach wagons. Rolling out the trash bins at 6:45 a.m. needs to stop.

Family Vacation

This property was very nice, great location to the beach. Very clean and well maintained. Property owners were quick to answer questions. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great location

This was a great location, close to everything (beach and pool), which was important given the current climate (covid). The place was very clean and provided starter soaps and even clothes washing detergent. The only downside (if there is one) is that the master bedroom faces the east and without room darkening shades you’re up with the sunrise daily. Now the bonus to this is that if you want to see the sunrise but don’t want to get out of your PJs your all set! The kitchen has everything you might want. And it’s a great set up for relaxing and playing a game of bumper pool. I would highly recommend this place and definitely come back to stay again!

Very Nice Resort, Very Nice Beach, Nice Condo

The Litchfield By The Sea Resort is absolutely First Class, with a gated entrance and extremely well kept Grounds. This condo was well equipped and was especially nice to have the beach closet to put our beach equipment in daily. We did not use the closet contents, as we brought our own chairs and umbrellas, but we could have left ours at home, as there were plenty of equipment in the closet. The bikes were also nice, but we were so busy on the beach, we did not use them. The condo will probably need new carpet sometime in the next year, but everything else was very adequate for a nice vacation. The condo is especially roomy and comfortable. The condo is a close walk to the beach and the beach area is also especially nice (wide beach with really good quality sand) and not overcrowded. We had a great week and very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is a good value for the price. Thanks!
