We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean, the property host were very nice and communicated very well. It's very close the boardwalk and all of the best restaurants.

Karl’s condo was great for our beach trip to Pensacola Beach. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the pool area, and the beautiful view over Pensacola Bay. The condo was also very clean. Thanks for having us at your condo!

Friends trip

This was a wonderful place to stay! it was on the slower side so walking through the traffic to get to the beach was not difficult at all. It was very clean and had a peaceful view. I highly recommend this location for a small trip to the beach!

Outstanding view

Overall we had a great trip. The view of the harbor and the Intercoastal is amazing. The only reasons we give 4 stars is the unit could use a little touch up to the paint and the toilet needs a new flapper.

Nice Condo!

We had a great trip to Pensacola Beach. This condo is a great location, close to the beach and boardwalk. There is a sidewalk alongside the road in front of the condo for ease of getting your exercise in. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and well stocked. The best part was the large balcony with a small table and chairs and nice lounge chairs with a view of the bay and bridge. Lots of sunlight coming in all day! Thanks so much!

This condo is in a great location. Well stocked and clean. Karl was quick to respond to my questions and provided access information a week before our stay. If only the weather would have cooperated.

The condo itself is dated but had beautiful views of the bay, short walk across the street to beach, spray area outside the condo to clean off, elevator, and the property area was quiet. I would recommend this condo.

Absolutely loved the bay view

We loved our vacation! The condo was great! The owner was very responsive. The view from the balcony was so good! Condo was clean, spacious and the balcony was bigger than I imagined! The beach wasn’t far to get to. Just down the road a bit and across the street. We brought our paddle boards and launched them in the bay. That was awesome! Pool area was nice as well and they had pickleball courts! 10/10 recommend and will definitely book this condo again!

Kitchen needs updating.. dishwasher needs repair. No hangers in the closet. Bathroom needs updating.. peeling paint. No toaster, no hair dryer. Great location but no access ability to sandy beach within a 1/4 mile. Comfortable and clean and reasonable price.

Very nice view, balcony is huge with comfortable chairs and a table for coffee or cocktails. Comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. Building was very quiet and in a great location away from crowds but close enough to drive there in a minute if you really need to. Gulf Islands National Seashore park and Fort Pickens right down the road which might be the most beautiful beach in the US.
