There are public beach access points every few miles in an amazing 247-acre state park. Public Beach Access 3 is right down the sidewalk from Arborgate. Enjoy a bike ride along River Road to visit Sunset Grille or the public kayak launch. Popular restaurants loved by locals are just a short drive away as is The Shops at Villagio. On the main floor, there is also a queen bedroom with a half bath, along with the laundry room offering a full-sized washer and dryer. The living area has a 52" flat screen HD TV, games for family game nights, and plenty of seating. Additionally, there is free high-speed WIFI and a patio on each floor. The house is tastefully furnished and the living area has a sleeper sofa for kids or teens. The second level is entirely dedicated to the master suite. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in tiled shower with a rainfall showerhead, and a large tub to soak away the world you left behind to visit Perdido Key. You even have your own coffee bar in the master bedroom so enjoy that first cup out on the private balcony. The master bedroom also has a sleeper sofa to help accommodate larger families. The top floor of the home has two additional bedrooms; one bedroom has a queen bed and a Serta queen-size futon whereas the other features a set of bunk beds and a full-size bed. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and the hallway connecting the top bedrooms has another sleeper sofa as well.
