Great host

This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting my son, a student at UPitt. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and adorable, with excellent eateries nearby. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. Best of all, Cortney is an amazing host - super responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Overall, place was clean and quiet. Had issue with lack of response from property manager to question. Stairs make this place very challenging for guests with mobility issues.

Perfect place if you need to be close to Childrens Hospital or West Penn. Walking distance to most of your needs. Parking with permit. Nice quiet neighborhood. Host provides basics and is very responsive. Laundry on site. We were able to extend our stay easily. Definately would recommend.

A comfortable stay near UPitt!

While an older building, Cortney has made it modern and comfortable. Her communication before, during and afterOur stay made it all the more so as I knew all was taken care of. When arriving late at night is truly appreciated. The beds are very comfy as our the pillows. Thanks Cortney and Co!

Great location and a clean, comfortable house

This house is in a good location, and it was a lovely place to stay and work when we needed to. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the bedrooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and check-in and check-out were smooth.

Great place!

The house was very cute! The host used AI to send messages and that was a little challenging. For example trying to ask if I could drop my bag off earlier than check in meant I couldn’t talk to a person about it. Otherwise a great home!

Lovely Home

My family and I loved staying here. Location was great, serval cafes and restaurants nearby walking distance. Communication and accommodations were top tier. House was clean and had everything listed. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home in a great location

Well-maintained comfortable home on a quiet street in a vibrant neighborhood. Lots within walking distance including great restaurants, bars, and coffeehouses. Parking was easy, host very communicative, nice welcoming touches, good quality linens, and a grassy area to walk dog on same block. Perfect for our needs, would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in Lawrenceville!

This house is a great choice for visiting Pittsburgh. It's in a quiet and safe area of the trendy Lawrenceville neighborhood. The house is about a 10 minute walk down/up a hill to popular Butler Street. (I used to live around here, so can attest to how good of a block it is!) Very clean and comfortable house. We brought our dog and he loved looking out the window; there is a green patch at the end of the street block for easy walking. The owner, Cortney, is very thoughtful, clear, and communicative.
