Lovely hotel. Comfortable beds, good sized rooms, excellent showers, good breakfast. One small complaint : only two disabled parking spaces, the other two have been turned into electric charging spaces.

Weekend solo visitor

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Lovely bed, but even with a fan on the room was too hot. I was on the 3rd floor, in the eaves, but it wasn't an issue as the lift was great.

Room 110 is next to a noisy boiler/heater type unit as it hums all night. Avoid this room. Otherwise ok but the shower screen needs a plastic seal to prevent the water from flooding the bathroom.

Perfect hotel for a night in Leamington Spa

Comfortable room. Very clean. Nice bed and temperature. Spacious and quiet. Not a good selection of hotels in Leamington so pleased to have found this!

Comfortable 4* but rooms are very hot. Good breakfast. The place is also a bit of a maze to find your way back to reception. Could do with more signs.

Easy parking, comfy bed, good size tv, great amenities, great communal areas. Dinner selection not the best. Tiles in bathroom loose.

This is the second time we have stayed here as it has been convenient for our daughter at Warwick uni. The hotel is very clean and well catered. The last time we stayed it was hot in the room in spring, so we were pleased to see fans this time. The staff are friendly and accommodating. On this occasion we had a drink at the bar before retiring and asked for extra milk for the room. I divulged that we had to check out before breakfast and the member of staff loaded us with tea, coffee and biscuits, which was kind.

More suitable for functions

Hotel seemed more suitable for functions than intimate stays. Ample parking, very clean comfortable room. Bar and lounge lay out really for large groups as was dining room. First night we were advised to use bar menu as dining room quite full withYamaha Organ group. Also dessert menu off for same reason.

So so sadly!

Nice room but spoit by dirty shower that was blocked and flooded bathroom if left on any longer than a few minute's, windw was complety broken and couldnt shut ad our stay was in February. Such a shame as oterwise nice hotel ! We let staff know on checking out as was too tired night of arriving on our stay and told them of issues very politely but didnt get a thabkyou or a sorry which was a shame as we were very amenable.

The hotel itself was beautiful, the room was a bit basic compared to the actual building. The toilet roll holder wasnt secured properly, the plug in the bath didnt work properly we just had to take the stopper out manually. The main problem we had was that the bed was too hard so i didnt have a good nights sleep
