The master bedroom is on the entry-level, along with the living room, kitchen, office, and garage. The lower level has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, with a common area in between. This is a spacious 3,800sqft home, with a short walk out of the backdoor down to the private dock. Beds for 9 people. High speed internet access included.

Other things to note
Boat may be rented from the owner. This is arranged directly with the owner. Association dues of $400 per month and $60 food minimum are to be paid directly to Keowee Key Home Owners Association.
