Luxury Modern King Suite - Family/Business Getaway

This newly refreshed house is luxurious, stylish and fully stocked with all of the essentials! Located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, and just minutes away from stores, restaurants, and the i5 freeway. This home is a perfect short or extended stay for families and groups of 6 comfortably and an extra 7 person by request. (The 7th Guest would get a memory foam roll away bed in the living room)

You are only:
10 min to the Oregon State Fairgrounds
10 min to State Capitol Building
25 min to Silver Falls State Park

THE SPACE:
Enjoy a completely updated house with all the essential amenities a family or group of 7 could need!

Is that a cloud you are sleeping on? Nope, that's just a premium memory foam mattress we stock in every Bedroom!

Enjoy a movie on the 4K tv with 5.1 Surround sound. Or why not a board game to take our eyes off our phones for a little while.

Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your group a nice dinner.

Parking is ample with two spots on the driveway and free street parking.

Please note, the garage is used for host supplies and storage and will not be available for use by guests.

Beautiful and comfortable home

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and 18 month old granddaughter stayed here for for 6 days to explore the Salem area. The house was so comfortable and convenient, and we traveled to the coast and surrounding areas for day trips. The host stayed in touch and made our stay easy.

Happy thanksgiving!

Family from Cali and WA met in Salem. This was the perfect house for all of us to enjoy our time together. From cooking a full meal to enjoying leftovers this home was warm and cozy. Late night games made it truly special.

This house is gorgeous! Completely remodeled top to bottom. The beds were comfortable, the home had everything we needed & it was only 10 mins from my favorite winery, Willamette Valley Vineyards. Check in & check out was a breeze. Loved it!

Immaculate and hospitable

This place is SO beautiful! You can tell a lot of time and care was put into designing this home and keeping it in immaculate condition for hosting. Tim was so great to work with and fast at communicating with me. We traveled with another family and all of us had plenty of room and slept comfortably in the available space. Lots of restaurants and things close by so we were easily able to run and get dinner and Starbucks etc. Overall great experience and we would absolutely stay again!

Bright, clean modern home in convenient Salem location

We had a great stay at this property. Very clean, bright and welcoming home. Well-stocked kitchen and large dining table for meals and games. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Staying over Christmas, we appreciated the Christmas tree and holiday decor. And enjoyed the generous snack basket. The central location makes it easy to get to different parts of Salem. Also an easy drive to Silver Falls State Park which is stunning! Highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again.

Overall positive experience

The property is very nice - clean and nicely appointed. Check-in was easy and communications pleasant and helpful. There was work being done on the house next door which, in itself, did not seem to create noise. The several vehicles associated with the house, however, did. There were three incidents at 6AM on different days. There was also daytime noise - starting and revving engines, power washing, etc. This is not major complaint, as, fortunately, it was quiet after 10PM.
