This is not the closest house to The Pearl District, but it is the 5th closest house. The property combines a classic cottage style home with a modern loft style, open-concept designer townhouse with a sky-deck overlooking the Pearl and downtown San Antonio. Both are newly remodeled and built from the frame up for Airbnb. The whole structure designed by an HGTV celebrity. It is the perfect setup and location to get a group together and explore the newest and most vibrant part of San Antonio.

Events and groups are high welcome. However, any event of persons >20 needs to be discussed prior to booking. Large uncontrolled parties are unacceptable. There will be a $1000 extra cleaning fee, regardless of the condition of the property at departure. Please see Policy and Rules for further information.

The spaces were made for groups to be together before and after experiencing the best parts of San Antonio.

Each bedroom is furnished with luxury mattresses, pillows, and linens. There is ample closet space for belongings. Three full bathrooms furnished with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, make-up removers, and hair dryers.

Both kitchens have complimentary Keurig coffee cups, spices, cookware, bakeware, and utensils for the chef in the group. There are two full size refrigerators and one mini wine fridge with plenty of glasses. A BBQ pit with smoker is on the property; guests will need to provide their own charcoal or wood.

There is 55" and 65" UHD TVs, gas fireplace, internet, and plenty of space to work or relax. The back yard has swings for the entire group, a fire table, and regulation length cornhole turf.

Check-in: 4 pm (if no previous guest that day, check in can be much earlier, just request. Bag drop off is always acceptable)

Check-out: 11 am (late check out is possible if no subsequent guest scheduled! Just request)

Private electronic access to the front door to come and go as you please at any hour.

Perfect location, comfy beds and plenty of rooms

We attended a family reunion for the weekend and loved the proximity to the Pearl District. A very short walk to tons of shops and restaurants. There was even a farmers market on Saturdays. The house fit our extended family of 8 adults easily and the beds were quite comfy, which is rare for a rental. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Wonderful for a family reunion for a sad event

We had a funeral to attend and needed a place to rest and gather and have family and friends stop by. This house was ideal and the closeness of the Pearl was ideal. Very safe neighborhood. Beautiful home (we rented both sides). Stunning bathrooms!

Ladies weekend in the pearl

Great stay. Loved the large loft hangout area and the well stocked kitchen in the white house. Beds and couches were very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Easy stroll across the bridge to the pearl and quick drive to the airport. We had a great time in San Antonio.

Great property in a great location

The description of the property’s location is accurate - it is super close to the Pearl, less than 2 blocks. And renting both the cottage and the attached town house is ideal for good sized parties. Both houses are very well stocked with what you will need, great kitchens, comfortable living areas, coffee, body wash / shampoo, towels, etc. Really this is just a well designed and well maintained property. The host was super communicative and responsive. I would love to stay here again on another visit.

Great property, stressful check-in

The one hiccup of the stay was the check-in process. We did not receive check-in details until 10 minutes prior to check-in due to a communication issue. However, once we got into the property, we had a WONDERFUL stay. There was a group of 11 girls who stayed here for the weekend. We rented both parts of the house, which fit us with plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. The property was very clean and nice. Despite stressful check-in process, would recommend staying here.

Beautiful property!

Everything was so easy from start to finish - Scott is an amazing and very responsive host and full of recommendations for the area. Short walk to The Pearl which was great for food, coffees, bakery and the farmers market over the weekend was spectacular. The house fit our group of 11 perfectly with one bedroom to spare and everyone loved having their own bathrooms. Super modern, lovely house with ample parking. Location is quite central to all of San Antonio attractions and to the Riverwalk - 8 minute drive. Happy to recommend this house to anyone! And thanks so much to Scott for your hospitality and constant communication. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic property

This was an amazing property, in a great location walking distance to The Pearl area. The neighborhood is undergoing a gentrification process, with older homes and cottages next to updated and brand new homes & upscale condominiums. The house itself was beautiful, well-appointed, and contained everything we needed for a weekend away with old college roommates. Attention was paid to every detail. We rarely drove anywhere, opting to shop, dine, and hang out in the Pearl area. The Riverwalk meanders close by, and downtown wasn't far away. The owner was accommodating & easy to work with. We would stay here again.
