The Residence is a recent building. It is in the close proximity of Bibione Thermae. It is equipped with 3 swimming pools on the attic with a huge solarium.
The three-room flat is ideal for 5/7 guests. With air conditioning, it is on the first floor. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a TV and a sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower and a window, 1 bedroom with a double bed and an armchair bed, 2nd bedroom with two separate beds, 2 bathrooms, an habitable balcony and a private parking place in garage.
