Welcome to the home away from home of your dreams! This two-story home is part of Whisper Lake, a private community between Cashiers and Sapphire - it has a lake in the center that is perfect for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing! This home's location allows you to visit many beautiful waterfalls, trails, and excellent restaurants in both Cashiers and Saphie. Other great attractions you can visit include Turtleback Falls, Gorges State Park, Whitewater Falls, Silver Run Falls Trailhead, Highlands Performing Arts Center, Devils Fork State Park, and Sapphire Valley Resort. The home has the option to buy Sapphire Valley amenities for 5$ or $25 per week per person. This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a complete gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake.

One thing that makes this home stand out is the running creek behind it - the sounds of the creek blabbing in the distance will surely lull you into a relaxing state in no time. The home has a beautifully landscaped garden that you can admire from both decks.

Upon entering this splendid home, you will discover a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and wooden accents throughout, adding a rustic touch to your stay. The living room provides a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. Curl up on the extensive sectional and stream a favorite show or movie on the large smart TV with Roku and cable. If you are visiting during the winter months, let the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace embrace you. The nearby kitchen is a chef's playground with modern appliances - it has all the essentials to whip up everything that comes to mind. Enjoy your delicious feasts in the adjoining dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the entire place with natural light. This level enjoys an extensive wrap-around deck with two separate outdoor dining areas and a propane grill. There is a second deck off of the living area with several rocking chairs.

The lower level enjoys a beautiful family room with a convenient office-like working space with a desk and a printer available. This inviting space welcomes you with a gas fireplace, another Roku smart TV with cable, a Chinese checkers board, cozy furniture, and more board games. This area opens up to another deck with two picnic tables and rocking chairs overlooking the firepit area.

Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the lower level with an en suite bathroom and three bedrooms on the main level. The primary suite is on the main level and boasts a Roku smart TV, access to the deck, a walk-through en suite bathroom with double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub, and a huge walk-in closet.

-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
