Comfortable Accommodations: This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The main bedroom features a luxurious California King bed with a smart TV, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds and smart TVs.

Well-Equipped Bathrooms: The first bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom offers a shower/tub combo for added convenience.

Outdoor Amenities: Grill up your favorite meals on the gas grill with a dedicated grilling area and propane provided. A hot tub will also be available starting Memorial Day weekend – perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures!

By renting this cottage the below is agreeing to the following terms:

Rental Rules (RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED):

1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. Any boats used on the property require life jackets be worn and are used at your own risk.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed. There is parking for 4 cars in front of cottage. Please do NOT park OR drive on the grass.
4.) Do not move the furniture or take anything (including plates, dishes, silverware, etc.) out of the cottage it belongs to our you will be charged.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) A dog is permitted with written approval and payment of pet fee. No more than 2 dogs not over 50lbs each. Pets must not be left unattended at anytime. Repetitive barking will lead to early departure without refund. If a pet is on the property without permission then there will be a $150 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately. You are required to pick up after your pet.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use, propane provided.
10.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than 1.5 the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
13.) Fireworks are prohibited on property at all times.
14.) No more than 4 people in the hot tub at a time. Please rinse of all oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will not be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITOUT AN ADULT! Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night!

16.) For full disclosure reasons there is a ring camera at the front door and no other cameras.

These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. This communication is necessary so that your vacation experience is a good one for your group and our neighboring community. Please ENJOY your stay!
