The hotel was perfect for our 4 day stay in Split. Only negative was that it was a little difficult to find in the first instance, but the location, the room and service by the hotel staff was excellent.

We loved our stay here. The interor of the room is exactly as the photos show. A short stroll from the main area in Stari Grad and is super quiet being away from the main bars/ restaurants. Would stay again Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this boutique hotel in the charming Varos district of Split. The location was perfect—just a short and easy walk to the Old Town and Diocletian’s Palace, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Great local restaurants and cafés were right around the corner, so dining was never a problem. Parking in Split can be tricky, but here it was relatively easy compared to most central spots. The staff were absolutely wonderful - warm, attentive, and always ready with helpful recommendations. A fantastic choice for anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and a real neighborhood feel in Split.

I stayed in one of several ground floor (actually semi-basement) rooms that opened directly off the relatively quiet street. Noise was a major issue. This was for three reasons: (1) a window facing street and hidden outside by shutters and inside by curtains behind desk was left ajar. Closing it required moving desk, and a shorter person would have needed to stand on a chair. (2) Noise travelled from floor above easily - everything from footsteps to phone conversation was audible at 2am. (3) During heavy rain, the gutters somehow ran internally above the bathroom ceiling creating an echo chamber of dripping water noises! The front desk was not open for all of the advertised hours. I only stayed because I got three nights for price of two and location was conveniently close to the old town but not on busiest strips.

Good area and friendly staff. 5 minute walk to the center of the city. The condition of the property was not the best. The showers leaked and the water flooded the bathroom. They did not have a fridge in the room and the wifi connection was terrible in one of the rooms.

Quaint old converted building with modern rooms. Situated in old part of the city close to the Riva and palace. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. No direct car access as entrance on narrow alleyway.

WOW what a beautiful hotel. In the old town of Split, around one of many winding cobbled street corners. A very welcoming outside, with multiple outside stone steps. Beautiful reception along with 2 elevated decking seated areas and 1 other. We went on the 28th September 2025 for 3 nights. The weather was in the 20’s whilst we were there. We arrived just after 12pm and we were lucky to have our room ready for us. We were checked in quickly and we were greeted with a friendly and warm welcome. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are lots of places to eat in Split. The hotel has very much the old town look with lots of attention to detail. With a modern twist for the key-pads on the door and lights on the stairs. We stayed in room 305. Lovely high ceiling, with the bedside lamps on as we entered giving a very warm welcome. I won’t spoil the theme of the furniture but it is plumbing related. Lovely bathroom, decent sized shower cubicle with a large ceiling shower head with good pressure and heat. In the room was a small fridge to use, which was an added bonus. Toiletries in bathroom and tea, coffee and herbal tea, cups and kettle also in the room. Along with air conditioning. The hotel is only a few minutes to the nearest eatery / shop. Yet the area of the hotel is quiet during the day and during the night. Very nice boutique hotel

Really nice hotel in an 18th century building, the reception and main hotel was lovely and we received a warm welcome. Our room was in the opposite building, and felt modern even though the building is so old. Location is good not far from the town walls but in a very quiet street so the best of both worlds

Super friendly staff, room is sweet and you will need the AC on during summer. They had proper AC as compared to other accommodation. Easy walk to town centre. The parking is NOT on site, speak with them before you go for advice, rates vary from €15 - 45 per day. We found free parking a couple of blocks away, safe and quiet street.

Quaint Boutique Hotel

The hotel is difficult to find when you first get there because taxis cannot access the area where the hotel is located. Once you know the way, it is a short stroll to the main esplanade where all the action is. The internet was not working well which I needed to forward plan flights and other accommodation so this was the most frustrating stay whilst there because I had to leave my room to use the internet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was also clean and serviced.

Enchanted hotel !

We can't wait to come back again! Everything was better than planned, the hotel's facilities far exceeded our expectations since it was our first time in Croatia, and we honestly had no idea how we were going to do it. To begin with, we had the joy of meeting “Inna” who was like an angel for us at the hotel reception and welcomed us with a big smile and a hug and with such a special and contagious energy she made us feel like family from the first moment. She went beyond the call of duty to help us by giving us recommendations for places to eat and things we should do in Split. Inna is a special being who projects very good energy and was of great help to us during our stay.
