Conveniently situated between downtown and the beaches, it's easy to visit points of interest including the Alligator Farm, St. Augustine Lighthouse, and Anastasia State Park.

✨ Nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood on Anastasia Island, our home offers the perfect blend of peace and proximity. You’ll be within walking distance to the Alligator Farm and just a short drive from the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Anastasia State Park, St. Augustine Beach, and the vibrant downtown district.
Getting Around:
🗺️ While a few local attractions are within walking distance, we recommend having a car to fully explore everything St. Augustine has to offer, from historic downtown to the beautiful beaches and beyond.

📌 Our neighborhood is mostly made up of long term residents who live here year-round. Excessive noise and parties at any hour are STRICTLY prohibited and quiet hours are enforced. If noise complaints are received we will be forced to notify police. Thank you for your cooperation.
📌 NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
