Newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2 full bath - minutes from Historic St. Charles Main Street, Lindenwood, Ameristar and many other amazing St. Charles destinations! Main floor has a full eat-in kitchen with all the necessities to make a meal, a spacious living room with a pull-out couch, books, boardgames, WiFi and tv w/ antenna and a master suite with a full bath. Lower level offers 2 cozy bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room. 1,500 sq ft townhome can accommodate up to 8. Lots of natural light and beautifully updated! Pet fee $40.
