The Space:
Inside, unwind in a light-filled space featuring a queen bed, queen sofa bed, a warming fireplace, and sleek kitchenette equipped with a gas stovetop, fridge and other essentials. With large sliding glass doors opening to the deck, you can seamlessly shift from indoor relaxation to outdoor dining, simply move the dining table outside and enjoy meals with a view.
Bottlebrush Villa sleeps up to 4 guests and sits alongside two other villas and Coastview Manor, book one, several, or all for a multi-home getaway. Thoughtfully angled for privacy, this villa feels like your own personal sanctuary while still being part of a boutique cluster of three tiny-home villas on the property. Bottlebrush is the third and final villa out of the trio. Surrounded by manicured gardens, it offers a serene, private retreat while still being part of the property’s charming ensemble.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their own private villa and space to park 1 car outside. There is also plenty of free street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the peaceful hillside suburb of Ninderry, guests adore the breathtaking sunrises, Noosa Bay sunsets, and close proximity to Peregian Beach, Coolum’s cafés, Yandina markets, Spirit House, Terella Brewery, Fairhill Native Botanic Gardens, and beautiful walking tracks.
Getting Around:
Nestled in the rural suburb of Ninderry, this villa offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, as there is no close by public transport, this will allow you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland and beyond at your own pace.
Other Things to Note:
*Please note, this villa is situated on the same land as two other tiny home villas. These villas are listed independently and may be booked by other guests or all together for group stays. The villas have a separate driveway to the main house and do not have access to Coastview Manor or pool unless booked together.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
No guests under the age of 25 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
