Holiday house Matija is situated in a small village Ferlini near Svetvincenat in Istria. The place Svetvincenat is a well known for the castle Morosini Grimani. The municipality of Svetvinčenat recreates the tourist offer and through various events held in attractive historical locations, promoting the tradition, culture, customs and gastronomy of Istria. In the main square there is the traditional Festival of Dance and Non-Verbal Theater, the Festival of Cheese, Medieval Festival, Mrkat istrian part or exhibition of old Istrian crafts and souvenirs, followed by performances of Istra inspirit, Selection of Jokes, Young Wine Festival ... In Svetvinčentu Artistic Group "Šikuti machine" organizes frequent exhibitions, concerts, performances and performances.
The house has a surface of a 135m2 and it consists of a kitchen well equipped, dining room with a living room and one bedroom with a bathroom.
