The living room leads out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee prepared in the available coffee machine. A comfortable stay is ensured by the well-equipped kitchenette, where, in addition to basic appliances such as an oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge, there is a coffee maker and microwave. The area has many attractions for art and culture lovers. The Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic is 800 m away, the Polish Theatre is about 13 minutes' walk away. A break from the city's noise and a relaxing day in nature can be found in the Żeromski Park, 200 m away.
