Nice hotel

Overall the stay was nice. The breakfast however was a disappointment. One of us had a fish allergy and this was not properly taken into consideration where the foods where.

We had booked a room for 3. When we arrived, there was only one double bed made ready. We asked nicely one staff member could she make third bed for our kid. Staff member came in with very negative attitude. Also our sheets were dirty, there was coffee stains or something. Second morning, we had to wait 30 minutes to get breakfast, and most things from breakfast table had run out.

Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was not the most pleasant. At check-in, no one greeted us, and there was no friendliness or willingness to assist with the process. I had to approach the staff myself and ask if we could check in, which felt very unpleasant, especially from the young lady at the front desk. I think she’s name was Laura… very bad service Breakfast at the hotel was also disappointing: the food was not replenished, the selection was very limited, and everything was cold. On a positive note, the room itself was lovely, the bathroom was stunning, everything was very clean, and it felt nice and comfortable.

Nice design ,hotel lobby reception bar.Also the building it self nice to see.Rooms very nice ,everything is almost new and clean.Bathroom and bed clean and fresh( bed a bit to hard for my taste).Staff always ready to help ,breakfirst complete and very nice.

Siistiä ja uutta

Lisäsänky olisi kaivannut petauspatjaa, tyynyt huonot. Tilat uudet ja siistit, kylpyhuone puhdas. Aamupalalla olisi ollut ehkä hieman ahdasta, jos emme olisi olleet niin aikaisessa, lisäksi lämpimät ruuat olivat kylmiä. Valikoima aamupalassa varsin riittävä.
