WONDERFUL! CLEAN! PERFECT!
This was the best AirBNB I've ever stayed in. Beautiful neighborhood. Very quiet. Plenty of parking. Beautiful layout. Spotless. So much attention to detail. Well decorated. Felt like I was "home". Pool Heating Details

- Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate of $100 per night.
- The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. As the pools are outside we have them set for 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools, especially if it is raining.

- We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature.
- To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.

Thank you for following our house rules:

No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund.

Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.

No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 14 people are allowed in the house.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour.

Good to Know!
Your stay is covered by Wavio Insurance. If something accidentally breaks or gets ruined, don't worry about it. Just let us know and we will process it through our insurance.

Up to $5,000 is covered during your stay, through your one time fee of $129 included in your reservation.
Concierge services, including grocery delivery, photography, home chef's, car rentals, car detailing and the like, are provided by 3rd party vendors.
