Enjoy this newly remodeled home that features all new beds, bedding & linens. The newly remodeled and fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, cabinets and granite. The living area boasts enough room to relax, play cards and watch your favorite program on the smart tv. Outside enjoy propane grill, fire pit with wood included, table and some chairs and a relaxing view. Kirtland is one of the safest areas in all Ohio. Experience the local taverns and restaurants and the many parks around this city, including Lake Metro Parks, Holden Arboretum, Penitentiary Glen, Pattersons Fruit Farm and more.
