From the private parking area, a few steps lead to the main entrance which opens to the spacious living room adorned in black and white, accentuated with wooden elements. The adjoining dining area and open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen complete the primary living space. This floor also features a guest WC and a furnished veranda, showcasing stunning sea and pool views.
The top floor houses three of the bedrooms, including the master suite with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. A furnished private balcony offers picturesque views of the pool and sea. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds (which can be combined into a double bed), share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sink. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen TVs.
Descending to the pool level, the fourth and fifth bedrooms are situated. One room contains a queen-sized bed, while the other has two singles that can be joined into a king-sized bed. A third bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this level. The common area can accommodate two additional guests with a double sofa bed. This level also features table soccer, table tennis, and direct access to the private swimming pool and garden.
