Only 2 electrical plug-ins in the whole room which was inconvenient. My wife did not like the shared bathroom, but that was my fault for booking it! "

"We loved the Berjaya Natura. Close to Perlan and the geothermal beach, very good dinner and breakfast option, maybe lacking variety, but then it was enough to keep us very very well fed for dinner and breakfast. Staff are generally lovely and go out of their way to help. Be aware the children are not really allowed in the pool area which is one of the reason to choose the hotel. They are allowed over lunchtime, which is generally when you'll be out"

"We were initially concerned about the parking situation and the staff wasn’t very helpful but there was an immediate shift change and the new staff was extremely helpful. Once we found the deck and figured out how to pay, parking was good for a major city. Location was great for us!"

"Awesome location & walkable to central Reykjavik shopping & dining, friendly staff (who even gave us an upgraded room - thanks!), the breakfast with warm sourdough bread was great & plenty of food to even pack lunches. We used this as our main base & took day trips & it worked perfectly. Room was modern & spotlessly clean. Beds were super comfy. They are doing construction by the main reception/hotel which was noisy. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone & we had a wonderful stay! "

"We were a large group staying at hotel two days early for a cruise. We arrived at 11 AM and three out of the six rooms were ready, the other three were ready by 1PM. This was welcomed news after a redeye flight. Rooms were a bit small but comfortable. Very clean and comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"It was absolutely lovely from beginning to end! We loved the apartment in every way! The view was beautiful. The curtains really blocked out all the light which we appreciated. We only have two small suggestions. A coffee table would have been nice to rest a drink on while sitting on the couch. It would be great if there were more steaming options than just Netflix. But overall the place was truly a delight! "

The TV kept blanking out, was hard to navigate channels and was way too low to bee seen from bed while watching the news! Minor, but worth mentioning.
