"No issues, it’s self check in and the instructions were easy to follow. Room was very small but perfect for what I needed which was just a bed and somewhere to shower in the morning. Clean compact space, looked recently decorated. Not a huge amount of room to get around in, couldn’t get all the way around the bed if the bathroom door was open for example, not a complaint for me at all but think it’s always handy to read about what you’re booking! No wardrobe but there is a clothes rail above...

"Room was comfortable however the bathroom was opposite the room. This made going to the toilet in the night a little awkward. Didn’t use the shower as the shower head looked rusty. The breakfast was delicious and piping hot Cooked to perfection. "

"Comfortable stay the night before the Bala swim. Service at evening meal was excellent. Breakfast service Terrible as only 1 member of staff at start of breakfast. Long wait until more staff arrived. Most of us needed feeding before the swim & a few left even though it was included. "
