"Emmanuel and Laura were so very helpful. All staff were extremely attentive to our needs. My husband is handicapped and everyone was so kind. Just be sure to leave a room key in the electric slot in the room. The air conditioning cuts off and the room gets very hot. They provided us a fan!"

"It’s a clean, spacious, very practical place to stay I loved the AC ;) we had everything of what we needed , even we had to share a bathroom it wasn’t an inconvenient at all, we had also our own shower inside our room. Completed renovation in poor quality as the shower doors came off the track and fell on me coming out of the shower. Electric outlet in bathroom not working. Refrigerator not cooling. "Incredible off-season stay. The breakfast each morning was incredible. So much better than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was amazing. The Villa itself is a renovated Renaissance property and all around are little reminders of its glorious past. We were too early for the pool (starts in June) but I have a feeling that’s why we got such a great deal. The views from the decks are incredible and it’s close to Florence. The roads...
