"We enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were lovely & friendly. Rooms were of high spec with comfortable beds. Breakfast was typical buffet style. Plenty of space to park. Closest town was Wem where there were a few pubs."

"An ideal location for an our one night stay that included free parking. The inclusion of the swimming pool as part of the stay was a welcome addition and the breakfast was also very good with plenty of options available. Staff were also friendly and helpful. "

"Great hotel right next to Telford International centre. The rooms are a little tired but the bed was very comfortable, with pillow choice too. The shower was amazing, powerful!!! Breakfast was very average. We requested a quiet room in what was a full hotel and we got it, end of corridor, no noise at all as we were next to what I think was a boiler or linen room, no neighbour!! We would stay there again, especially we paid £90/night for 2 adults and a child (2 double beds)."

"A beautiful venue with great amenities, taken advantage of the gym and spa area as well as the bar. Great night sleep and perfect for proximity to a wedding i attended. Did have an issue with the key cards needing to be reset , but this was minor and didnt create any issue. Breakfast buffet was really top notch too. "

"Only one thing which I was unimpressed with the whirlpool I used as it wasn’t powerful blower and no bubbles. I enjoyed the heated pool. I stayed there four nights. The breakfast service are great. One of staffs know that I liked two poached eggs on toast. Before I asked for it, she quick reply ‘ you want two poached eggs?’. It made me smile"

"The check in experience was great, really friendly reception staff explained everything. Room was good size, nice and clean. Only complaint would be was top warm and window quite old and stiff to open. We had a drink in the bar and the service was atrocious!!! If we hadn't been staying there we would have walked out. There was a party in front that got served and then The bar person just walked out of the bar. Nothing said to us, no explanation, nothing at all. When she came back eventually...

"Lovely stay, feeling very relaxed. Room was very clean and comfy. Could do with a some uk plug sockets near the bedside tables. The sockets there were not usable. There were other sockets available, but not many. Breakfast was good, dinner was amazing!! Access to the indoor pool, sauna and steam room was perfect for relaxing. "
