"Arrivée tardive et grosse déception de la chambre. Dès le lendemain matin, le manager Rosario a fait le nécessaire en nous sur-classant. Réaction très pro et bienveillante. "Beautiful and well maintained hotel and room (superior) with all facilities, and friendly and helpful staff. Excellent. Only problem can be finding the hotel, so follow the hotel's directions carefully to the Piazza Cavour. Great bars and trattoria in the Piazza if you do not eat and drink in the hotel."
