"Stayed one night. Room very clean and comfortable. Had brought wrong plug for mobile phone staff searched for one and loaned it to me which was a great relief as have elderly mum I needed to check on. Breakfast lovely too "

He went above and beyond for us...Carrying our cases up to the top floor...And down again when we left. Plus he does a cracking packed lunch. Our room was more than adequate, comfy and clean.
