The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had reasonably quiet customer controllable air conditioning. The room was very clean. Nous avons passé Un très bon séjour les chambres le restaurant le petit dej la vue ! la gentillesse des gens la propreté. un endroit où l’on se sens bien et n’oublions pas la piscine avec ses transats serviettes à disposition et bar. Et derrière le coin piscine un accès à la rivière un petit coin de paradis

"Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes.

"Great experience. Quaint inn with charming rooms. The host was very nice and the breakfast, although more carbs than I’m used to, was delicious with fresh baked croissant and home made fruit preserves from their property or nearby. Highly recommend. "
