"The perfect place to stay in San Ignacio! You can easily walk to the main streets of town, and it's only a short drive to places like Cahal Pech and Xunantunich. The staff was wonderful, and our room was a crisp, air-conditioned oasis after being out in the sunshine! Our room had a balcony, but there's also a nice shaded sitting area by the bar. "It was great. The waterfalls on site are stunning. The views from the restaurant are amazing and the staff was great. They were always friendly and attentive. The only complaint is that it needs some sort of AC for during the day. Fans weren't enough to keep the room cool in the hot season. Other times of the year I'm sure it's perfect. "Absolutely beautiful property and grounds, you feel very immersed in nature here, and can hear howler's and bird life in about every direction. The creek below is great for a dip, and the inland blue whole is an easy 15min stroll down the road (costs 4usd per person to enter) for more swimming.
