Very run down. Many buildings boarded up. Some repairs going on. Schools, Clinic and churches in good condition. Roadside food shanties just like they have always been. Local restaurants few but decent.

Lovely home, Jennifer (the host) was very helpful and kind, listening to the ocean as we dozed off at night was blissful, good fishing (and eating the fresh fish we caught), overall lovely place to spend our vacation.

Great place, centrally located, Jason was a great host (very communicative and accommodating). The complex is safe and has a nice poolside cafe, the bartender/chef is great. Truly enjoyed our stay at Bimini Bay HOA and would recommend it.

I have visited Bimini many times the town is full of garbage everywhere it is in bad shape. It was smelly and really dirty

Water is beautiful but town is very sketchy. Your best option is to stay at the hotel but even there you’ll feel trapped. I’d recommend visiting Atlantis over Bimini.
