Have been to BA many times over the last 20 years and the city is far less welcoming to westerners, especially Americans, than it was when we first came. Other parts of Argentina are far more welcoming. Come to the country, but limit your time in BA.
Beautiful city
I hope to visit again and spend some more time in the city.
I liked Buenos Aires a lot. Unfortunately, my trip was cut short by the Coronavirus outbreak. Very walkable. Great food. Lots of parks.
