チェックインはスムーズでした。お部屋もきれいでした。大浴場があるので、寒い時期にはとてもありがたかったです。朝食はひと通りの新潟のものがいただけるのでお得な気持ちになりました。チェックアウト後は、 荷物を預けるのも駅から近いので、便利でした。

清掃が行き届いていて、マッサージチェアもあり、とても快適に過ごすことができました。犬猫連れで宿泊しましたが、過度な装飾もなく、安全に過ごすことができました。
