"Following a 10 hour hike, we arrived at the hotel only for the staff member to tell us we did not have booking. When I showed him the confirmation through Expedia, I was advised that they had an issue with Expedia bookings, and there were no rooms left. Extremely frustrating. I then had to pay more ..."
