The rooms were clean and tidy. Nice bed. But the room is very "budget" for such a price.

Very good hotel, modern and comfortable. Just one thing is not good, they don’t have a shower glass in the bathroom, just the courtin.

Comfortable clean practical room. Easy to get anywhere in Lugano. The laundry room requires a bit of negotiation with others during busy times. Bring your own laundry soap and basket - for travelers this means a trip to the grocery store.

Residence Diaz
Second time using Residence Diaz in Como and did not disappoint. Great communication and clear instructions for check in. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller.
