Loved the fact we could check in early for a minimal fee. Staff were nice. The room was good but a bit stuffy and the air conditioning unit had a lot of dirt and dust in it. A nice stopover for a couple of days, or base to explore the surrounding area. The real highlight of the area is Amboro National Park, and deserves extra time to relax, hike and explore. Santa Cruz city seems quite prosperous. People are friendly
