The staff did an exceptional job of taking care of all of our needs. A first class operation from the top down. The food was very good. I enjoyed the local food as well as western food. The pool was elegant.

It is slowly turning into a great place to visit. Still many areas are under construction, but in a few years the place will be a rockstar.

Lot of expectations, but Halong Bay can be replaced by Ninh Bình... Similar mountain formations, more greenary. Easier to access.

Extremely smoggy which interferes with the beauty. There are also cruise ships everywhere littering the Bay which is sad also. Additionally, all the adventure sites are packed with tourists - and we went during off season. Recommend day trip instead.
