We came around 7pm, which is within the timeline specified on Expedia. however, no one was there.. we tried to call and message, no response for 30mins. It was a snowy day and its dark and we haven't eaten. ..."

"Good size room, handy kitchen, and modern bathroom. Great views of Matterhorn. While all 75-80% of the shopping, the hotels are right of the station this hotel is to the left.
