Evan's condo was in the heart of San Diego, just a few blocks from the Gaslamp District (far enough away to be out of the noise; close enough to stroll over any time), one block from Petco Park and a nice walk to the bay area. The condo was beautiful, Evan was receptive to any questions I had, the private parking was very convenient, and the balcony was especially fun to use....
