"Gorgeous recently renovated hotel with a very modern look and feel. Great air conditioning, very comfortable bed, bathroom was spacious with really nice toiletries provided. The hotel is very close to Gare du Lyon and Place de la Bastille, and quite walkable to the Marais and other areas of Paris. Friendly staff were very welcoming."

"The Hotel itself was great, but the treatment we received by a certain front desk employee was very unprofessional and rude. I want to say it was a mis Comunications but the Gentleman insisted in arguing with me for no reason so I think it was still a misunderstanding. There was a young lady who jumped in from the front desk and she was very helpful and understanding to my concern with the payment to my credit card. "
