"Most of the staff was very friendly. We had 1 server who was dismissive and rude. Bar/food area closed at 11pm and no alternative way in the hotel to get drinks alcoholic or nonalcoholic or snacks. We had to walk to the outside bar to order drinks as there was no inside bar tender or outside server on any of the days we were there. No on-site laundry self service as advertised. Only very expensive laundering service. No airport shuttle/taxi service offered though it was advertised. I would...

"As a first time tourist to France, this was an excellent location. Minutes to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro. We walked to the Arc de Triumph, easy ride to the Louvre and Le Marais and Notre-Dame Dame, and Versailles. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast, and having dinner once is alright, but we did room service for Bastille Day fireworks. The view from the balcony is a very good view of the fireworks despite that they put us in the second floor and I requested a higher floor months...

"This hotel is definitely a 5 star hotel, by looks. The rest was horrible. Beautiful property but horrible service. I proposed on this trip, and was supposed to have flowers that I had arranged and purchased myself to be dropped off in the room by concierge/guest relations. The night of the proposal, we returned to the room, bed unmade, and no delivery of flowers in sight. After going to guest services, it took them an hour to find the flowers and even then, they were not sure that the flowers...
