"The hotel itself was modern and clean. The room was big for NYC, more like a suite with a separate seating area. Even though it is a separate business entity, I have to mention the rooftop restaurant. I can’t comment on the service since we didn’t receive any. My party of 7 sat for 15 minutes and were completely ignored, except for the extremely rude self-important manager who gave us a hard time over moving a barstool to our table. Ultimately, we had enough poor treatment and left. Hotel was great, avoid the restaurant because it is a waste of time (and probably money if you ever get served). "

"Amazing, helpful and welcoming staff with a 24hr front desk to help out anytime. Wonderful property with great views and an awesome washroom in the rooms. Stayed with a group of friends for 3 nights from May 16-19 and had the best experience, thank you to the staff and owner for making our trip so much more enjoyable!"
