"Kevin was very nice and did extra to accommodate us when we checked in. The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. I loved the walk-in shower. There were only two problems I had. One was the air conditioner took hours to cool the room down to 68 and the other was the breakfast. I only seen cereal, bagels, and muffins. I was disappointed with only those items. A hot breakfast would've been nice. But neither of these items will keep me from staying at this hotel again. It really was a good stay."

"The property lost water for about two hours with very little warning. The room that I had was not clean and they came in 4 times to do maintenance in the bathroom leaving several cut holes in the ceiling. The chrome on the sink was peeling off. The carpet a the door had a big rip in it while was a trip hazard for my 93 year old mother. It is a non-smoking property, but one of the staff person was smoking right outside the door and allowed the smoke to blow back into the building. I asked him if he could close the door and he did not. I mentioned the issue to the front desk staff and they did not address the issue. Then the same staff person smoked right outside the front door to allow the smoke to drift back into the building and mocked at me when I walked by and said to me "I am smoking again. It must suck for you." I took pictures of the damage in my room and the smoking staff person. I asked several times to speak to a manager over two days since I was there for a total of three night and there was always an excuse that the manager was not available. I even asked if the manager could come to my room when they had a moment, but was never contacted. The phone in my room did not work for me to call the front desk. The elevator inspection expired over a year ago and the pictures on the site do not reflect how the property actually look."

"If you’re in a really hard spot and you need a place to stay I guess this might be your place. My room had to be changed because the first room smelled so much like marijuana and musty mildew. My second room was only slightly better and didn’t smell like marijuana but was just dusty and the carpet is old. I almost left, but it was late and I’ve driven hundreds of miles so I really needed to stop. This was absolutely a last resort I would never stay at a comfort and again."

"I stayed at Sonesta ES Suites for several days while attending graduations and family events, and it was a great choice. The location was especially convenient—just about a 6-minute walk to the Kennesaw Convention Center, which made getting to events easy and stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for an extended stay, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was a nice bonus each morning, and the kitchen amenities made it easy to feel at home. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area for events or business."
